A) Inspection Plans cannot be assigned to Equipment Masters or Functional Location in ECC6.
B) Maintenance Task list with Inspection Characteristics are expected and this can be FL Task List, EQ Task List or General Task List. 
C, D) The call object for a Calibration is the Maintenance Order where later when the Order is Released, then it will create the Inspection Lot Automatically.
E) Calibration done internally do not required the Equipment link to Material-Serial (not necessary), just the Equipment or Functional Location is acceptable.
