A) Incorrect, as the Inspection Lot Origin itself DO NOT (IS NOT) assigned with the "Usage Indicator", BUT it does have the "Task List Status" for validating the valid Task List to be selected AND its primary purpose is for the assignment of Inspection Type(s) for specific QM activities in SAP like Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer etc. 

B) Correct, there are many parameters assigned to the Inspection Type and one them is the "Task List Usage" which is used to map or located an appropriate Task List with the same Usagee Indicator when the Inspection Lot is to be created.
