Based on the list, OPPQ or Plant Parameter is the only setting mandatory. Quota Arrangement, Source List, and PIR are only required if source determination is desirable during MRP run but not mandatory. MRP Group Parameter is secondary to the Plant Parameter, it is only needed if fine tuning of MRP Parameters for groups if material is desirable but not mandatory.
