A) The minimum Org Data for the PIR are Vendor and Purchasing Organization. A material master PIR is normal but you can also create Material Group Info Record. The decision for PIR with or without Plant depends on the Negotiation capability of the Procurement or Sourcing department.
ReplyDeleteB, C) Both Source List and Quota Arrangement afe Plant specific. However the AVL or Approve Vendor List seems to allow creation without a Plant. (Note AVL is for MPN materials where the MPN data view in the Material Master is at the Client level). As at ECC6.0 EhP5.0.
ReplyDeleteD) Vendor Master's usual Org Structure data is at the Company Code and Purchasing Organization and these are mandatory. You can also extend the Vendor Master into Plant level below the Pur Org level.
