    A, B, C) Both Source List and Quota Arrangement must be created with a Plant. However, MPN material uses the Approved Vendor List where the Plant is optional.

    D) General Condtions are plant independent for example vendor discount for all materials.

    E) The minimum definition of Purchasing Info record is the Vendor and Purchasing Organization. You can create a PIR with a material ir material group. The Plant definition is also not necessary depending on purchasing strategy; therefore, a Quotation without Plant can generated a PIR without Plant.
